Sandia Agile MEMS Prototyping,
Layout Tools, Education and Services

The SAMPLES™ Program is a way to provide customers access to the revolutionary MicroElectroMechanical System (MEMS) using SUMMiT V technology developed at Sandia National Laboratories.

The objective of the SAMPLES™ Program is to enable customers to develop their own innovative products by leveraging advanced design, fabrication, and characterization technologies originally developed for National Laboratory applications. Participants can attend short courses, design new devices, and have those designs fabricated in our state-of-the-art fabrication facility. Additional cost-effective services are also available, (see the SAMPLES™ Process Overview).

There are four important aspects of participation in the SAMPLES™ program:
